Need lease extension advice? Use our friendly, professional service to agree a settlement to your lease enfranchisement negotiations.

A leaseholder’s statutory right to extend their lease is set out in the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. But as a lease gets shorter, its value decreases and it becomes more expensive to extend.

Drawing on our extensive experience we can confirm if the price and terms offered are reasonable. We can also advise on whether it is advantageous to both parties to conclude the transaction by agreement, especially with regard to the term, the ground rent and review provisions.

If agreement cannot be reached by negotiation, we can represent you at the First Tier Tribunal. However, our aim is always to try to resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.
