Property Management
We manage both portfolios of residential investments and individual blocks of flats. We act for both freeholders and management companies owned by the lessees. When managing blocks of flats we can ensure that the property is managed for the benefit of all the occupiers and that statutory requirements regarding service charge administration, insurance and major works are complied with. We will normally only take on the management of residential property if the property is easily accessible to our offices. This is because we are aware that on occasions our presence is required on site quickly.

Residential Lease Extensions
We can advise both owners and lessees on their respective rights with regard to the lessee’s ability to acquire the freehold interest of a block of flats. We can also advise landlords on the obligations they have with regard to consultation if they wish to sell their freehold interest. This is in addition to our role advising both parties on their rights with regard to the extension of Leases.
