Stuart Jaggard founded the business in 1984. Originally based in Windsor End, Beaconsfield, we moved to our current office at Marlborough House, 45 Wycombe End, Beaconsfield in 1988.
Originally, we traded as a private partnership but on 1st May 2011 we became Jaggard Baker LLP. Although we work in property we have always been a people business. We enjoy solving challenges for our clients and developing lasting relationships.
Today we have seven property Surveyors/Managers plus support staff making up our team. Together, we provide property services in numerous sectors locally and nationwide.
We’re proud to be regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and deliver services to the highest professional standards in our industry. All of our Surveyors are either Fellows or Members of the RICS or working towards achieving this qualification.
Graham Atkinson and Stuart Jaggard are also Registered Property Receivers and Members of the Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers (NARA).
For additional peace of mind, we maintain full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
