Graham has worked at Jaggard Baker for over 25 years including over 20 as a Partner, with primary responsibility for running the Property Management Department, especially for commercial and industrial property owning clients. Graham has many years experience in dealing with service charge matters for both residential and commercial property.
Graham also acts for both landlords and flat owners on Lease extension issues and has experience in representing parties at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. Graham is a Registered Property Receiver.
Married with two children, Graham enjoys hill walking, especially in the Chilterns, Peak District and Alps. He is a season ticket holder at Wycombe Wanderers FC.

Simon Harper BSc (Hons) MRICS – Partner
Simon joined Jaggard Baker following completion of his degree course at Nottingham Trent University in 1994. Now a Partner, Simon specialises in corporate consultancy, asset management and investment acquisition/disposals and has acted on numerous large transactions, including the sale of offices/shops at Ealing Broadway Station and the acquisition of office/warehouse accommodation nationwide for clients such as BPP Professional Education, Sunlight Services Group and A2 Dominion Housing.
Simon is married with a young family who take most of his spare time, although he enjoys most sports, including golf and coaching hockey.

Stuart Rider BSc (Hons) AssocRICS – Surveyor
Stuart joined Jaggard Baker in 2009 and has over 11 years experience in commercial property, having worked both client-side and in private practice. Originally from Scotland, Stuart has dealt with commercial property throughout the UK and has an excellent knowledge of the Thames Valley property market. As a RICS Registered Valuer, Stuart undertakes the majority of commercial valuation work at Jaggard Baker, as well as dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and property management work.
Married with a young daughter, Stuart is a keen road cyclist and drummer in a classic rock function band.

Greg Rowland BSc (Hons) MRICS – Surveyor
Greg joined Jaggard Baker in July 2008, having previously worked in residential agency for 4 years. Greg graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Real Estate Management in 2009 and has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Surveyor. Greg is involved in both residential and commercial property management. Greg also advises flat owners on their rights to apply for a lease extension.
Greg is a keen golfer who enjoys skiing and football and is a supporter of Watford FC.

With over 40 years experience in valuation, property management, development and project management, Stuart formed Jaggard Baker in May 1984. As well as being a Registered Property Receiver, Stuart now specialises in the area of corporate consultancy and landlord and tenant negotiations.
