LPA Receivership Advice
Two of our surveyors are RICS Fixed Charge Receivers and Members of NARA (The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers). They both have extensive experience of handling Receiverships on retail, office, industrial and residential properties throughout the U.K., having advised National, Clearing and other Banks.
This requires the combined skills of knowledge of the legal implications of secured lending, strategic planning for the problem property, asset management, awareness of development/refurbishment potential, valuations and marketing.
